TL;DR – Refund & Returns
- All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- Damaged or defective items only may be eligible for return.
- You must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Sale items are final sale — no exceptions.
- Price adjustments are available once if an item goes on sale within 24 hours of purchase.
- Price-adjusted items are final sale.
- International orders ship DDU — customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- Refused or abandoned international shipments are not eligible for a refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests or refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to any shipping charges associated with the shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
To request a return for a damaged or defective item:
Take clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Email contact@adidem.world within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Price Adjustments
If an item you purchased goes on sale within 24 hours of your purchase, we will honor a one-time price adjustment.
To request a price adjustment:
Contact us within 24 hours of your original purchase.
Provide proof of the current sale price for the exact same item (same style, size, and color).
Price-adjusted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or further adjustments.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
All international orders (including shipments to the United States) are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated. This means customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
- If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, return shipping, and handling costs charged to us will be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a shipment is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier due to non-payment or refusal of delivery, no refund will be issued.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable import fees.
