Orders ship from our studio in Toronto. Each product page shows an estimated arrival date for your region.

Shipping rates

• Canada (ON, QC, AB): $15, free on orders over $250
• Canada (all other provinces and territories): $20, free on orders over $250
• United States: $15, free on orders over $250
• United Kingdom: 25 GBP express, 4 to 7 business days
• Rest of world: $45 standard, 6 to 10 business days

Free local pickup

Free pickup is available at our Toronto studio store, open Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm EST. Choose pickup at checkout and there is nothing to pay for delivery.

Duties and customs

International orders, including the United States, ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Shipments refused over unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.

• These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.
• If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is returned to us, any and all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, return shipping costs, and handling fees charged to us will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the carrier abandons or destroys the shipment due to non-payment of duties or refusal of delivery, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation requests or refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to any shipping charges associated with the shipment.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable import fees.

NOTICE: AS ADIDEM IS A SMALL OPERATION, PLEASE WORK ALONGSIDE US AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED, MANY ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER, SO WAIT TIMES FROM THE INITIAL PURCHASE TO DELIVERY MAY VARY DUE TO THE LOGISTICS OF SOURCING AND MANUFACTURING YOUR PRODUCT.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - DUTIES AND TAXES

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM CANADA THEREFORE DUTIES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE GOODS THEREFORE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE OVERALL SHIPPING COSTS. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES, WHICH ARE LEVIED ONCE YOUR PACKAGE REACHES YOUR COUNTRY. UNFORTUNATELY, THESE DUTIES DIFFER FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY THEREFORE WE ARE UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHAT THE CHARGES MIGHT BE.
